Synopsis en anglais: Volume Eight of the Journal of Hellenic Religion provides a collection of articles in French and English which study the the relationship between ritual praxis (e.g. ritual deposition) and particular locations in the ancient Greek World; the ritualisation of specific spaces as evident by ancient Greek iconography, literature and archaeological remains. Both published articles present diverse theoretical approaches and interpretations concerning the ritual-location relationship.
Synopsis en français: Le huitième volume du Journal of Hellenic Religion propose une collection d’articles en français et en anglais qui étudient la relation entre la praxis rituelle (par exemple, la déposition rituelle) et des particuliers du monde grec antique; la ritualisation d’espaces spécifiques comme en témoignent l’iconographie, la littérature et les vestiges archéologiques de la Grèce antique.
